Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach lies directly on the waterfront in Turgutreis, approximately 20 km from the centre of Bodrum, a very popular destination as it offers ideal conditions for water sports, culture and Aegean relaxation.
The main two-storey hotel of Swissotel Resort, Bodrum Beach comprises 70 rooms and suites, with a minimum of 40 m² per room. This is complemented by 72 serviced residences at 85-348 m².
The restaurants and bars are places of entertainment, where the ambience runs from formal to casual and dishes are prepared with the best local products.
Job Description
As an Asst. Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager you will maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, and written communications and drive, manage and maintain robust positive relations with all key accounts and business.
What you will be doing :
- Provide professional and friendly service and assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in the service of Sales and Marketing.
- In charge of sales activities and follow-up at the property, assisting and cooperating with DOSM in reaching the targeted goals as defined in the Marketing Plan.
- Responsible for orienting and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of respective segments through existing clientele and key prospects, focused on STU on national and international key accounts.
- Provide sales support to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Respond to all guest requests, maintaining standards of service and client relationships.
- Develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Develop high yield accounts in the Leisure and MICE market.
- Achieve sales targets set by the hotel.
- Abide by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations.
- Report any hazards, risks, accidents as required.
- Be aware of and comply with all relevant Occupational, Health & Safety legislation.
- Ensure all directions are followed at the request of any level of Senior Management.
