Job Description :

• Performance monitoring : evaluate each campaign and recommend optimization according to defined KPIs (opening rate, click rate, engagement rate…)
• Develop a marketing content strategy to generate leads, influence, and engagement on our platforms.
• Implement a regular strategic monitoring on content marketing to develop innovative content.
• Coordinate the emailing campaigns and streaming of major events on Marcel (Publicis Intranet) with the dedicated Marcel team.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• A data-driven mentality, with a focus on how to use insights to influence planning and execution.
• Photography and videography skills.
• An ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of creative minds and business stakeholders.
• Excellent editorial and writing skills in English.
• A preference for a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interest in gender and international relations issues and motivation to raise awareness on these issues among others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
