Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.Minimum 5-7 years of IT management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, server management, and software applications relevant to the hotel industry.Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, vendors, and complex projects.Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of hotel staff and guests.
