Job Description

ROLE : Graphic Designer

ROLE DEFINITION : The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Regional Brand Team and Hotel Marketing Manager to conceptualize, create, and complete designs / artwork, delivering the highest quality work, whilst meeting tight deadlines.

MAIN DUTIES :

• Developing and delivering high-quality graphic design for print and digital channels.
• Adapt creative concepts for different materials, mediums and channels, while remaining consistent with Rixos Hotels brand guidelines / standards as well as the specific brand positioning for the hotel.
• The conceptualization, art direction, and design of artwork / collateral, including brochures, factsheets, EDMs, website content, motion graphics, social posts, menus, display ads, signage, screen displays, and all other marketing collateral.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of both design and hospitality software, technologies, trends and updates.
• Liaise with printers, suppliers, and production companies to ensure accuracy and high-quality printed materials.
• Work closely with the brand team and other graphic designers to conceptualize ideas and execute them accordingly.
• Ensure all artwork is submitted within a given deadline.
• Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
• Support all departments with design requests and execution within a given deadline.
