Marketing & Communication Manager - Novotel New Delhi City Centre

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

Function as a Strategic business leader of the Marketing & Communications for the hotel and alignment with the brand strategy.
Develop and / or maintain and improve relations with all media agencies, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Provide market intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in communication strategy.
Determine and develop marketing communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications.
Manage Marketing Consulting Agency teams, Brand Marketing, and Campaign Management initiatives.
Work with F&B and Wellness Teams to develop and implement a robust marketing and events calendar.
Creation of content for hotel social media pages in alignment with brand guidelines.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE :

Minimum 8 years of experience, of which at least 2 years in a similar role.

Strong Operational / Technical Knowledge.

Successful pre-opening experience & records a distinct advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong process orientation.

Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.

Entrepreneurial, thinks outside the box.

Understanding of digital technology and social platforms.

Strong public relationship management & networking skills.

Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding the scope of responsibilities.

Dynamic and result-oriented.
