We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Planner/Buyer to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement and planning of materials, components, and supplies required for manufacturing and Commercial operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize supply risks, and support operational excellence.
The role of the Associate Planner/Buyer is outlined, but not limited to, to work with the Supply Chain Manager in developing forecasts, key in important data into the ERP system, reviewing planned requirements, as well as creating and processing Purchase Orders.

- Position covers Accord Healthcare and Accord Biopharma hybrid operations for US sales market
- Develop and execute material planning and procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and components for manufacturing and commercial operations.
- Manage purchase orders (POs), supplier relationships, and sourcing activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality materials.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams to identify material requirements and resolve supply chain issues.
- Maintain ERP/MRP systems and generate reports to track procurement performance, supplier reliability, and material usage trends.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations in procurement and material management processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and procurement functions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Computer Science or Statistical Analysis) preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated clear and effective written and verbal communications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ERP system preferred.
