Senior Product Owner and Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner and Project Manager to join our training organization. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of training initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong project management background and experience collaborating with training and development software to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership :
• Plan, execute, and deliver complex training projects on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Provide clear direction to project teams, including training staff, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Project Planning & Execution :
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project risks and issues, creating contingency plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
• Foster continuous improvement within project teams and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication :
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and functions.
• Team Collaboration :
• Promote a collaborative, positive team culture.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to drive project success.
