Maintenance Technician

12 Month. Full-time
35 hours a week, generally M-F from 8:00a-3:30p with some evening and weekend work required.
The successful candidate will assure that the maintenance objectives are met by performing routine and emergency repairs, conducting inspections, and by ensuring that tenants have access to decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing.
Technical certifications in maintenance/repair trade or high school diploma and one-year relevant experience.
One years’ experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- This is a full-time twelve-month position.
