We re looking for a Call Center Supervisor to lead a dynamic team, improve performance through mentoring and training, and drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and mentoring call center agents
Analyzing team performance and metrics
Managing schedules and peak-hour coverage
Overseeing training for new and existing staff
Reporting and schedule updates via EHR
Handling escalated customer issues with empathy
Collaborating with upper management to meet company goals
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience in a call center
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sales and customer service savvy
Project management knowledge a plus
Bilinguals with Spanish are preferred! Preferred candidates from Medical Domain only.
