Responsibilities
1. *Dynatrace Administration:*
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the Dynatrace environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and configure Dynatrace agents across various applications and servers.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep the system running smoothly.
2. *Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform):*
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform services to enhance Dynatrace capabilities and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage Google Cloud Platform resources and optimize cloud infrastructure to support Dynatrace operations.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for security and performance on Google Cloud Platform.
3. *Performance Monitoring and Optimization:*
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to share insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
4. *Stakeholder Collaboration:*
- Work closely with various teams to understand their monitoring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on Dynatrace best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Qualifications:*
- Strong experience with Dynatrace administration and configuration.
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services and infrastructure.
- Proficient in performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications in Dynatrace and/or Google Cloud Platform are a plus.
