Client is looking for a visionary Engineering Leader to spearhead our Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives. This executive-level role is perfect for someone who combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strategic leadership experience and a passion for driving innovation at scale.

What You ll Do:

• Shape and lead the strategy and roadmap for Generative AI and Machine Learning initiatives

• Architect, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI models and solutions

• Assemble and scale a top-tier team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across product and business to create AI-powered experiences and drive impact

What We re Looking For:

• 15 years in software engineering, including 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles

• Proven expertise in Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, transformers, diffusion models)

• Strong hands-on experience with ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.

• Track record of delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions in enterprise environments

• Advanced degree (Master s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline (preferred)
