Key Requirements:
3 years post PEGA LSA Certification
7 years post PEGA SSA Certification
7 years in PEGA development and Use Case design
5 years with DB2/SQL Server and Stored Procedures
Experience mentoring development teams
Strong grasp of Agile, SDLC, and PEGA best practices
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Tech Stack:
PEGA Smart BPM, PMF, DCO
DB2, SQL Server
Web Design & Application Development
PEGA Process Flow Integration
Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide PEGA teams
Convert business requirements to functional PEGA solutions
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Drive development, deployment, and integration at the enterprise level
Lead agile ceremonies and workshops
