Job Title: Program Manager M3 Finance Lead
Location: Primarily Remote (with mandatory travel 25-50% to Atlanta)

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time M3 Finance lead to spearhead the implementation of a Multi-Company/Multi-Site M3 finance solution. This role will focus on delivering effective solutions for MCO (Multi-Company Operations), POM (Product Order Management), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and Vertex for both sales and use tax, along with related integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, extensive experience with large-scale M3 implementations, and a proven track record of achieving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership in Implementation: Serve as the Finance Lead for a net new M3 Implementation that spans multiple sites and companies, ensuring alignment with the global model which is largely defined and in flight.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the integration of MCO, POM, CPQ, and Vertex (including sales and use tax functionalities) into the organization s financial processes. Ensure that all financial systems and applications are well-integrated and functioning effectively.
- Collaboration and Team Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to facilitate a smooth transition from the existing lead. Collaborate with second and third chair resources to fill knowledge gaps and ensure continuous support throughout the implementation phases.
- Strategic Change Management: Manage the full transition of responsibilities from the current lead, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows and processes. Facilitate training and upskilling of internal resources as necessary to maintain operational continuity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, establish project goals, and drive the overall finance strategy. Provide updates and ensure stakeholder expectations are met throughout the implementation process.
- Regulatory Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that the M3 finance solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards and best practices in finance. Provide insights and recommendations on optimizing financial processes related to the M3 system.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of several years leading the successful delivery of large-scale multi-division M3 finance solutions. Proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver results against tight deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of M3 system functionality, especially in the areas of MCO, POM, CPQ, and Vertex. Familiarity with financial reporting and analytics tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time, primarily to Atlanta, for meetings, workshops, and on-site support.
