Software Developer Charlotte, NC
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence or a related field
At least 7/5/3 (Principal/Lead/Senior) years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies
Experience with UI (ReactJS), MSFT TeamsJS.
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Chatbots, Gemini, Copilot or Open AI, SWE-Bench is preferred
Experience with other programming languages, such as C
Experience with the agile development methodologies and version control systems such as GIT
Certification in AI, machine learning or a related field
