Finishing Operator

Description : Accord Carton is looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our paperboard manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating finishing equipment to produce high-quality, finished products. • Operate finishing equipment, such as folder gluers and window machines.
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production requirements.
• Monitor and control the finishing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.Requirements :
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperboard industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.Benefits & Perks
