As a Die Cutting-Tooling Fabricator at Accord Carton, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for fabricating and maintaining die-cutting tools used to produce high-quality paperboard products.

Responsibilities
- Create and modify die-cutting tools using various hand tools and machinery.
- Inspect, clean and repair die-cutting tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and precision of die-cutting tools to maintain product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with die-cutting tools and processes.
- Work closely with production teams to meet production schedules and address any tooling-related issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent.Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperboard industry.Experience in die-cutting tool fabrication preferred.Experience with Gerber software preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Attention to detail and accuracy.Benefits & Perks
