Job Description
- Design and implement Atlassian software, e.g., JIRA, Confluence
- Customize Atlassian tools according to project requirements including workflow configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes etc.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems using APIs
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve software defects reported by customers
- Maintain system stability, improve performance, and prepare system documentation
- Document standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures for admins/users of the system
- Work with internal and external organizations to support various customer user-level requirements, including resolving elevated end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies
- Monitor application status; support application event triage, monitoring, tracking, and correlation and event characterization and escalation
- Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications
- Confluence Expert
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Atlassian toolset development and management
- Proficient in Java, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
- Strong conceptual knowledge in Agile methodology
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
