What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro-Mechanical Technician position at Accord Technologies Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
- Operate tools like lathes, grinders, drill presses, and milling machines to repair or fabricate parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and facility equipment failures to ensure efficiency.
- Complete work orders and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Follow preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
- Document maintenance activities in electronic systems.
- Support SQF 2000 systems and safety & quality initiatives.
- Assist with equipment changeovers and troubleshooting during start-ups.
- Maintain inventory of required parts and manage reorders.
- Work independently in an automated manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electromechanical maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working near fully automated machinery.

Pay: $25.94 - $32.00 per hour
