Job Description:
Answering phones, Screen phone calls, administrating calls to the appropriate person.
Arrange courier deliveries
Handling mail
· Collect, sort, and distribute mail and packages
· Place postage on mail for delivery
Maintaining the office
· Keep the reception area clean, safe, and organized
· Maintaining refreshments, coffee ect
· Check office supply inventory, order new supplies, and distribute supplies
Providing administrative support
· Answer questions from guests and employees
· Provide administrative support to team members
· Perform clerical tasks like faxing, photocopying, scanning
· Perform data entry and filing tasks
Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service or Admin Asst: 2 years (Preferred)
- Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Santa Fe, NM 87501 (Required)
