Job Description Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to support client business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including AS9100 standards, and a proven track record of implementing and updating QMS frameworks. This position will involve hybrid / remote work with 10-12 weeks of onsite engagement to collaborate with teams and ensure project deliverables are met. Key Roles and Responsibilities : Review and update the process mapping for SAC ROC. Define and document Individual Process (ID) details with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed), targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs Develop competence matrices and maintain process-specific documentation. Able to define the process to review frequently the QMS. Establish a process for regular QMS reviews and updates. Propose, develop and implement tools for managing documentation and ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards. Should be responsible for the deliverables such as : Updated process mapping for SAC ROC. Comprehensive ID details for each process. Competence matrices for all processes. Procedures for regular QMS reviews. Recommendations for develop tools to manage documentation and AS9100 compliance. Qualifications & Experience : Grauate degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and AS9100 compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and analytical skills. Fluent in English (mandatory Work Environment : Primarily hybrid / remote, with 10-12 weeks of on-site work to conduct interviews and collaborate with team members.
Salary : $60,000 - $130,000
