UI/UX developer

Role : UI / UX developer Location : Pittsburg, PA (Locals preferred) Duration : 12 months. Work Arrangement : Onsite Position type : W2 contract UI / UX developer : 4 positons UI / UX lead : 2 positions MUST : UI / UX Development, A e creative suite, Dreamweaver, HTML5, CSS3, Java script, Pega Platform, Experience designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience. Local to PA will be preferred Experience : At least 10 years of experience in UI / UX design and development Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Relevant Experience : Experience with designing and developing digital products and solutions Strong portfolio of design projects Understanding of responsive design and development, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Summary : Synechron is looking for a highly motivated and talented Consultant, UI / UX to join our team. Key Skills : Excellent visual design skills Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, A e Creative Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements : Strong portfolio showcasing UX / UI design projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to present and articulate design solutions to clients Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements Conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately Continuously evaluate and iterate on designs to improve user experience Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders and articulate the design decisions.
