What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Equipment Territory Manager position at Accordance Search Group?
This is a Territory Manager position with a growing company in the Infection Prevention space. You will be calling on and selling to hospital sterile processing committees, value analysis committees, GI physicians, and OBGYN physicians.
Job Description:
- Educate physicians and hospital staff on the company's products, benefits to hospitals for use of the company's products, correct placement and technique, and ease of use with products
- Closely work with the commercial teams with the purpose of obtaining successful results for the hospitals
- Ensure short-term and long-term revenue objectives are met through development of business plans within the assigned territory
- Actively participate in regional and national team meetings and calls, sharing best practices with colleagues
Compensation and Benefits:
- $85,000 base salary
- $175,000 at plan (uncapped)
- Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
- $600/month car allowance gas reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Established relationships and experience selling to and access to hospitals in the Madisonarea
- Bachelor degree required
- MUST be located and living within commute of Madison (no relocation accepted)
- MUST HAVE experience handling and selling capital equipment
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory: Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
Salary : $85,000 - $175,000
