- Manage packaging requirements for transfer plans, packaging documentation, and testing protocols.
- Provide technical leadership for initiatives such as CAPA resolutions, compliance projects, and due diligence teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Packaging Science, Life Sciences, or other related fields with relevant experience.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in packaging engineering and design.
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Broad knowledge of properties for materials used in primary and secondary packaging, packaging methods, and equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
