We are looking for a highly skilled Packaging Engineer to join our team at Accordance Search Group. As a Senior Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex packaging systems for various products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage packaging requirements for transfer plans, packaging documentation, and testing protocols.
- Provide support to manufacturing teams on packaging-related issues and cost improvement programs.
- Lead technical initiatives, resolve CAPAs, and participate in due diligence teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Packaging Science, Life Sciences, or other related fields with relevant experience.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in packaging engineering and design.
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Working knowledge of package test methods, process validation, bar coding, and international standards.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas, motivate teams, and drive projects to completion.
