Position Summary : The Vice President of Clinical is a pivotal role in driving Tally Surgical’s clinical strategy and operations. Initially, this is an individual contributor position with the potential to evolve into leading a clinical team of per diem or direct hires. This role demands a versatile and hands-on leader who can seamlessly manage diverse responsibilities while supporting the sales and distribution team in clinical evaluations and account implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify customer requirements and needs related to clinical literature, tools, Instructions for Use (IFUs), clinical education, and sales team verbiage.
- Develop and maintain clinical education materials and ensure they align with regulatory and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the distribution sales force to support clinical evaluations and account implementations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical insights that inform product development and strategy.
- Represent at industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings.
- In the future, recruit, develop, and manage a team of Clinical Specialists.
- Provide innovative solutions to address the evolving needs of the organization.
