Role overview : Vice President, Resource Management
Accordion is comprised of dedicated professionals providing strategic advice to support PE-backed portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions and events. We are doers and problem solvers - making sense of complexity and bolstering sponsors' value creation thesis.
The Vice President, Resource Management is responsible for fully leveraging the firm's diverse talent pool, ultimately driving our talent strategy. You will own the delivery of all talent and advise leadership on how to optimize their talent pool to best support their strategy, operations, and growth plans.
This role will be based in our Boston office and be required to be in the office 3 days per week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

What You'll Do :
- Strategically deploy consultants to engagements based on skill sets, project requirements, availability, and understanding of staff development goals
- Maintain a deep understanding of the full talent landscape within each practice line by analyzing pipeline opportunities and understanding talent capacity
- Maintain knowledge of cross-practice areas where similar offerings and skillsets may be aligned, including current supply and demand status
- Identify talent-related risk and consult with leadership and teams to determine the appropriate course of action
- Analyze broad sets of deployment data to identify meaningful trends, root causes, or opportunities for operational improvement
- Manage a broad scope of responsibilities by prioritizing work, leveraging team members, and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
- Assist in growing the firm by identifying and driving business development activities

Salary : $130,000 to $160,000 benefits bonus
Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
