Hourly Rate : $25.07
What you will be doing :
- Prepare ingredients used by the bakeshop team
- Assembling bulk production items
- Assist bakers with garnishing as needed
- Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of our bakeshop exceeds expectations
- Have full knowledge of all dessert and pastry menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Maintain a clean workstation and minimize waste
- Strive to advance his / her knowledge skills and abilities and consistently share these with others
- Adhere to the State of Hawaii Dept of Health & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standards
- Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
- Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging personalized timely and efficient service to our discerning guests
- Focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
