Executive Chef
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary activities within the kitchen including menu planning inventory control food preparation and staff management. This role ensures that every dish meets the restaurants high standards for taste presentation and quality. Executive Chef will lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff while maintaining a safe clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience :
- Proven 5 Star Remote Hotels Resorts experience in Maldives as an Executive Chef.
- Strong leadership excellent communications team management skills and able to lead a multinational team.
- Passion and skilled on Asian and Western Cuisine.
- Have a network of Celebrity Chefs for Chef Calendar & Food Week.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Creative innovative and able to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of budgeting cost control and inventory management.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
