Fairmont is part of Accor, a world leading hospitality group counting over 5,400 properties throughout more than 110 countries, and a participating brand in ALL - Accor Live Limitless – a lifestyle loyalty program providing access to a wide variety of rewards, services and experiences.Job DescriptionEnsure all departmental service standards and sequences of service are being upheld.Work collaboratively with all housekeeping partners on a day-to-day basis.Maintain a close relationship with the Front Office and Engineering Team.Ensure guest satisfaction - address guest issues as they arise and provide prompt correspondence if necessary.Keep control of daily financial reports, updating profit and loss for each month end.Control departmental operating expenses and labor costs, improving departmental revenues when possible. Monitor all labor and payroll costs.Keep controls of purchasing system(s).Observe, teach and develop team members.Responsible for all union communication (if applicable).Ensure all grounds are maintained to SLS standard of service and design.
