What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Engineering Manager position at Accorian?
Requirements:
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
· Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide teams to success.
· Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Serenity.
· In-depth understanding of test methodologies, including integration, functional, regression, performance, and smoke testing.
· Practical knowledge of in-sprint automation and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
· Experience in defining, measuring, and reporting on system quality.
· Strong problem-solving skills with experience in driving continuous improvement using advanced quality tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with microservices architecture and independent testing practices in such environments.
· Familiarity with modern quality engineering trends and best practices.
· Strong understanding of cross-product test engineering and development initiatives.
· Experience in creating and managing quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reports.
· Expertise in performance testing strategies, including tools and techniques.
