What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Project Manager position at Account- Tech Solutions?
Responsible for the overall work performed for all assigned contractors and deliverables listed in the Performance Work Statement for warehouse locations. Program Manager shall be in charge of the overall responsibility for all reporting, administrative, and HR actions to include but not limited to resume review, hiring actions, disciplinary actions, reporting, direct communication and reporting between the Vendor and Contracting Officer of the contract on the VA warehouse sites.
- Shall review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, and action plans that meet the Logistics standards for productivity, quality assurance and customer service.
- He/she shall meet regularly with government supervisory warehouse team(s) to analyze productivity, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment.
- Will work with government personnel to adjust staffing levels and/or work procedures to accommodate resources allocated to operate warehouse operations.
- Maintains current and accurate files and records and prepares periodic and special reports.
- Weekly Production Report: The On-Site Program Manager shall validate all work performed by signing off on production summary documents.
- The program manager will be responsible to ensure that all contract staff are up to date and compliant with all necessary and required VA Trainings as well as required certifications for operating warehouse equipment.
- Responsible for providing reports as requested.
- The Program Manager is required to comply with government policies and legal guidelines, and help to maintain a safe, orderly work environment and meet performance standards for production and quality assurance.

Pay: $98,228.00 - $107,053.00 per year
