Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a medical center in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and be certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting
- Care for patients with various respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pneumonia
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- At least 2 years of experience in critical care
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift schedule
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and 1 travel contract
