Project Event Manager
Global company adding an Event Project Manager to the team. This role will coordinate all conferences for North America - collaborating with the events team to ensure events are successful. everything from attendee management to logistics to budgets to speakers all the way to post-event surveys will fall under the umbrella in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all aspects of events, production of meetings and conferences onsite, and some virtual
- Responsible for event technologies
- Conduct post-event surveys, track attendance and engagement
- Provide well-written recaps
- Create scope of project documents
Requirements:
- Proven event and project management experience
- Excellent budgeting, analytical, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of event technologies - event app, registration and evaluation software, virtual and hybrid platforms
