What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Accountants One?
Accountants One is working with a global company looking for their next Financial Analyst. They recently promoted the person in the role, as the company is big on promoting internally. This person will work closely with the manager and the director. They're big on training and developing this person. This is a hybrid role.
The Financial Analyst will handle the following:
- Annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term plans
- Variance analysis- actual vs. budget/ forecast
- Create financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually for leadership
- Trend Analysis and provide insight in helping make business decisions
- Financial Models
- Ad hoc reports
- KPI’s
- Work cross-functionally with different departments to help them understand financial impact and key business drivers
- Help with any process improvement and automation
- Any other special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Finance, accounting, or business,
- 1-3 years of experience
- Must have advanced Excel skills
- Strong Financial Modeling skills
- ERP system and reporting tools experience
- Excellent communication skills
