Position Overview: As a Full Desk Recruiter at Accountants One, you will manage the complete recruitment process in a collaborative environment focused on both individual and team success. Your responsibilities will include a balanced mix of marketing calls, client visits (when appropriate), candidate interviews, networking, and recruiting—all while having the autonomy to set and achieve your own realistic targets. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Administrative Recruiting / Staffing.

- Proven track record in placements is highly valued; an established network of placeable candidates is an advantage.
- A background in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
- Ability to effectively source accounting and financial professionals.
