Job Description :

The Sr. Business Development Analysts will play a pivotal role in sales and operations

strategy by leveraging industry insights, economic analysis, and financial expertise to

enhance the overall effectiveness of our sales team. This position focuses on delivering

data-driven recommendations regarding product segments and pricing strategies that align

with market dynamics and customer needs. By fostering strong relationships with internal

teams and providing comprehensive analyses, this role will contribute to the sustained

growth and competitive positioning of the company.

Responsibilities & Day to Day Work

As a Sr. Business Development Analyst, you will have a pivotal role contributing to

both finance operations and business intelligence initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Data Analysis : Analyze financial data and market trends to inform strategic business decisions,

requiring a strong grasp of financial concepts.

  • Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance

    • and impact various business scenarios.

  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to

    • translate analytical insights into actionable strategies.

  • Reporting : Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to summarize

    • findings and recommendations.

  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for enhancing business operations.
  • Project Ownership : Own assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely

    • delivery and alignment with business goals.

  • Market Research : Conduct thorough research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor

    • activities, and regulatory changes affecting the financial landscape.

  • Support Senior Management : Provide analytical support to senior leadership by offering

    • insights on financial implications of key decisions

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with financial reporting and performance management.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial software / tools; experience with SQL is a strong plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or consumer products industries preferred.
