As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in processing multi-state payroll for both union and non-union employees. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a complex payroll environment, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with union agreements and labor laws.
- Review timesheets, wage calculations, and deductions for accuracy.
- Administer tax withholdings, garnishments, and union dues.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain payroll accuracy.
- Support year-end payroll processes, including tax filings and W-2 preparation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
