Job Description :
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent aligned with its culture and values. Key responsibilities include :
Qualifications :
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
o Three years of direct recruitment experience preferred.
o Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems is a plus.
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
o Strong judgment and critical-thinking skills.
