Job Description:

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing cash flow, liquidity management, banking relationships, and risk mitigation strategies. This role plays a critical function in optimizing working capital, ensuring efficient capital allocation, and supporting broader financial strategies. Working closely with the CFO, Corporate Controller, and Finance teams, the Treasury Manager will drive enhancements in cash management processes, implement best-in-class treasury operations, and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
Experience: 7 years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience, ideally in a multi-location or private equity-backed environment.
Technical Skills:
o Expertise in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and banking systems.
o Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
Soft Skills:
o Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for working with banks and financial partners.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with tight deadlines.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
