Job Description:
- Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and assist with general accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, ensure payments are made on time.
- Assist with inventory management and postings.
- Reconcile daily and monthly bank statements with company records.
- Accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally in a similar position.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
