What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Accounting Professionals?
We are a tax/accounting office, and we need someone to help at the front desk. You will be expected to answer phones, make appointments, hand out and explain tax returns, take tax information from clients, pull files, and copying. This job is a multi-taskers paradise, and we expect excellent customer service.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
