We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and documenting calls.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about service requests
- Keeping a log of service calls and routing calls to proper department
- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Positive personality and ability to handle unhappy customers
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HIGH VOLUME TELEPHONE ANSWERING RELATED EXPERIENCE RESOLVING CUSTOMER MATTERS.
We currently have an influx of calls coming into our office due to a contracted vendor not withholding their agreement. This position will be on going for at least 4-6 months or could be longer until a resolution has been met. You must be able to handle all calls coming in to include upset customers.
