AccountStaff is currently looking for an Accounting Supervisor due to growth. This role will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions and will oversee two employees.
Job Details: Direct Hire
Onsite (1-2 Day Flex)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
- Monitor all banking transactions
- Record daily cash receipts
- Review past due receivables and take proactive measures to ensure timely payments from customers
- Perform credit inquiries for all new customers
- Prepare work-in-process schedule
- Reconcile intercompany accounts
- Reconcile inventory detail
- Manage annual physical inventory
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Must have larger ERP experience
