About This Role:
The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team. Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents.
Requirements:- Two-year degree or one (1) year of work experience in human resources, human services or home care.
- Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field.
- Pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
