The Scheduling Supervisor is responsible with assisting the efficiencies and productivity for the scheduling team. The Supervisor will serve as a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to the team, as well as direct supervision, hiring, and training of the scheduling team. The Supervisor will do this by working closely with the Program leaders. A large focus on an employee-oriented department that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development, and high team performance.

The Scheduling Supervisor is responsible with assisting the efficiencies and productivity for the scheduling team. Requirements
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Associate’s degree in a human services related field is preferred.
- One year of people management experience, or the wiliness to learn, with focus on coaching, accountability, culture, and results.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Waivered Services and or PCA is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Maintain positive communication with Families, and Coworkers.
- Advanced communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to organize and prioritize.
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in an office environment, independently and as a team member.
- Intermediate computer skills including internal office and organizational software, and the ability to gain proficiency with Accra specific systems.
