The FMS Budget Coordinator Lead will work closely with the Finance and Coordinator teams. This role is responsible for payrate entry, staff training, and back-up coverage, as well as coordinating, and working toward solutions of escalated issues or concerns brought forward within the department and to resolve issues effectively and efficiently alongside Coordinators, FMS Finance and other departments. The Budget Coordinator Lead will oversee participants with purchasing of approved items.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Human Services or related field, preferred; plus, two years of on-the-job experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess intellectual strength and have an understanding of internal systems needed to support ongoing program integrity.
