Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at ACMA located in Oradell, NJ (2x/week), with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role involves calling on pharmaceutical, biotech and other life sciences companies to sell ACMA certifications, training and accreditation services.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the life sciences industry
- Prior experience selling to pharmaceutical industry companies preferred
- Must be willing to come to ACMA offices 2x/week
- Must be willing to travel to client location as needed
- Conference travel (15%)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
