We are currently seeking a talented Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Pricing Manager will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Sales, costing, and technical departments to accurately quote new sales opportunities using our in-house costing & pricing model. They will ensure timely and precise completion of all quotes in coordination with the sales team.
Additionally, the Pricing Manager will work closely with the finance team to develop comprehensive reporting and analysis of customer & product profitability. They will also be responsible for evaluating and refining existing pricing models, as well as developing innovative new pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Sales, costing and technical departments to generate accurate quotes for new products using the in-house costing and pricing model.
· Ensure all quotes are delivered in a timely manner and meet accuracy standards.
· Develop reporting and analysis tools to assess customer profitability.
· Test and refine existing pricing models for optimization.
· Drive the development of new pricing models to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
· Proven experience in pricing analysis, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
· Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
