Job Description
Responsible for the daily operations, maintenance and life cycle of enterprise applications.
Under broad supervision, manages applications through the full life cycle from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables. Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes.
Examples of KSU UITS Applications: EAB, Cayuse, EMS, 25Live
Qualifications
Experience supporting the full lifecycle of complex, cloud based, and on-premises applications and solutions (5 yrs)
Experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of SQL (5 yrs)
Experience with TCP/IP and firewalls (5 yrs)
Experience with OSI layer 6 and 7 protocols (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, DNS, SMTP)- (5 yrs)
Agile Work Environment

- This position will be responsible for completing customer requests/projects to make adjustments or enhancements to the tool.
- This position will be responsible handling any operations and maintenance related to the assigned tool.
- This position will be responsible for developing, tracking and documenting any changes or procedures/processes.
- Working with a team and communicating with well with customers.
- Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- MSSQL/IIS is preferred
