Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IC and USG customers.
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on best practices and use cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to advocate for customer needs.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks.
- Support renewals, expansions, and overall account growth.
- Travel up to 30% of the time for customer visits, training, and industry events
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
- 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with the IC or USG (DoD, DHS, Intelligence Agencies, etc.).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights to drive success.
- Experience working at a startup is a plus.
Salary Range: 120k-140k
